Termite Inspections

Today, most financing will require a termite inspection report (Wood Destructing Organism Report).  Don’t worry about scheduling a second company, Mirowski Inspection is licensed with the State of Missouri and can deliver the pest inspection report electronically with your Home Inspection or property report.

Radon Inspections

Exposure to radon in the home is responsible for an estimated 20,000 lung cancer deaths each year. Radon is a health hazard with a simple solution. Well, Septic, Water Quality Inspections

Did you know that as a homeowner you’re responsible for maintaining your septic system? Did you know that maintaining your septic system protects your investment in your home? Did you know that you should periodically inspect your system and pump out your septic tank?

Licensed with the State of Missouri, Mirowski Inspection can perform Well, Septic, and Water Quality Inspections.  **Please note, this is an invasive inspection and the systems will need to be uncovered for access at the time of inspection.  Water Quality Tests typically take 24 hours and are submitted to outside labs.  Check the link on our resource page for additional information.
