What You Need to Know

As Affiliate Members of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors, Inc.;  Mirowski Inspections, LLC  is approved to carry a Lockbox Key.

• As an Affiliate Key holder, we do not have general access to obtain the key for the lockbox without a CBS (Call Before Showing) Code.
• The CBS Code is specific to the Lockbox assigned to the property and each Lockbox has a different CBS Code.
• Since the Affiliate Key holder cannot obtain access to the Lockbox without the CBS Code you will need to provide this information to us before we can enter the property.

• CBS Codes will only be provided to the registered holder of the Lockbox

SupraWeb

You can retrieve the CBS Code for your lockbox by logging on to SupraWeb, if you have a User ID and Password.

• If you have not registered online with SupraWeb go to: www.supraekey.com, click Agents Log-In to Supraweb and then How to Get Access.
• If you have registered with SupraWeb and you do not know your Userid or Password you will need to contact Supra at 877-699-6787.
• From SupraWeb you can find CBS Codes by clicking on Listings and then Key boxes.
• You can also obtain CBS Codes by contacting Allyson Russell, Membership Administrator at the Board Office. Phone: 417-883-1226, ext. 113
