Proven Noninvasive Technology

Mirowski Inspections is staffed with Level II Thermographers who provide infrared services throughout Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

Infrared is a proven noninvasive technology that enables the development of a proactive maintenance and management program. It provides the necessary information to make informed, data-based maintenance decisions, as well as schedule preventative maintenance and budget repairs on your facilities and equipment.

Infrared enables us to see and measure heat.  Infrared /Thermal images allow the user to see anomalies that in turn identify problems in the building and component electrical, mechanical, plumbing and waterproofing systems.  Points of possible concern show up in the images as hot or cold in relation to their surroundings.  Recorded thermal images can be easily inserted into reports, and e-mailed, greatly facilitating communications.

What We Do

Mirowski Inspections offers professional commercial services and thermography /infrared consulting.  These infrared commercial services include non-destructive testing and verification, and help our customers reduce production downtime, reduce hazards, increase performance, and increase the bottom line.

Mirowski Inspections Infrared Services Include:

Flat Roofs Scans: Mirowski Inspectionshelpsp our clients see when they have water under their roof membrane and know where the water is and isn’t. This helps prevent replacing more roof than they need to.

Block walls (CMU): BlockWall (CMU) scans are an accurate, non-destructive way to see the grouted cells in the entire wall section. Block Wall infrared inspections can be performed at any time during the construction process without interrupting any other trades or affecting the progress of the rest of the building.

Electrical Scans: Mirowski Inspections uses thermography to help our customers perform planned preventative maintenance on their electrical equipment. Because excess resistance on electrical apparatus indicates electrical faults such as loose connections, overloaded or imbalanced circuits, faulty breakers, damaged switches, faulty fuses and a wide range of other unwanted and potentially hazardous electrical conditions, infrared is an invaluable tool.

Moisture Scans: Excessive moisture destroys the structural integrity and creates huge, expensive problems like mold and mildew which can cause serious health concerns. Often, these problems are not obvious until it’s too late. So if you can discover them early through infrared technology, you can save yourself a lot of money and increase your building’s lifespan dramatically.

Energy Scans: Considering your heating and cooling load can be up to 50% of your actual energy bill, an Energy Infrared Inspection Scan will help identify the two largest sources of heat and cooling loss thereby helping you save on your utility costs. Mirowski Inspections Infrared Survey of the building will be focused on the heat or cooling loss by finding missing, misplaced, or damaged insulation in the exterior walls, ceilings, and floors.

Equine Thermal Imaging: Before Thermography, Veterinarians could only locate problems using traditional methods such as observation and palpation. In addition, ordinary x-ray imagining just cannot detect the soft tissue conditions. Now, using advanced Equine Infrared thermography, abnormalities present stressed tissues even before damage occurs.
